Of all the "Hair metal bands" of the time, this one is my favourite. In a way it´s a bit unfair that they fall under this category. Listening to their debut and their Zep Tribute album one can hear that they were actually pretty good.

I find it sad that they will always be remembered for the New York show where about 100 people lost their lives. I think that was the biggest tragedy in rock of all time, and another tragedy is they don´t get the recognition they deserve.
Anyone here into Great White?

	Yes i like them, although i have only one album of theirs. Really good, very emotional and inspiring. And i know a little about the tragedy, how sad...

	I have to admit that i'd not heard of them before that unfortunate event, and assumed they were a small time local band that just had some really bad luck. It wasn't til I saw a poster for Donnington '87 (I think) that I realised they must be a pretty big band.
