A huge mug of tea, and a bowl of Bran Flakes..

Thats the working week. The weekend is less healthy, with bacon and cheese Bagels, and sometimes pancakes & maple syrup..
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

I'm from the O blood group... ¿could you please tell me why I should avoid cereal? I'm concerned; never heard about this before...

Well, let's sum up: your metabolism is not adapted to these kind of food, because of your genetic's patrimony
(O people were the first men, hunters).

You must avoid all cereals (so pasta and bread), milk and all milky products and hams, pig and a few fruits and vegetables, which are the following:

Corn flakes gets my vote, but in reality i start my days with either nothing or just a cup of tea. On regular days, of course, on weekends i start me day WAY to late to even consider doing it with a bown of cerals.

Corn Flakes are boring ... I prefer Kellogs "Crunchy Nut" flakes - at least that's what they're called in Germany.Embarrassed
