I make some breakfast, always including cereal, and enjoy it to a rousing edition of the morning news and the newspaper. After that it's shower time and then work for th rest of the day.

I can think of something that's more exciting than breakfast cereal but thats' for the weekend.....on weekdays, it probably is a bowl of Shredded Wheat. Nothing added, nothing taken away, as the ad says.

Made in my local town, Welwyn Garden City, in an impressive 1920's factory, sadly to be closed in a couple of years but with a preservation order on it, will probably make some fabulous designer apartments!!

I must admit that those cereals in that list are all awfully sweet-ish ( the kind of cereals reserved for kids) and therefore not very healthy >> he did not even mention Muesly, Weetabix or Shredded Wheat (let alone the awful porridgeDead)

When you'll know, tell me and i ll told you which food is good and which is bad for you. If you need to loose weight, it's the best diet. Moreover, this diet doesn't require any depravation!

The blood group theory is a revolution IMO.

^ I already googled for some information ... I'm sorry to say that I don't believe this can work. There seems to be the usual amount of evidence, just like for Atkins diet and various other forms of dieting.

Most importantly: I don't believe the reasoning for the dependency between blood type and food types ... just because blood type 0 is the oldest one (which is not fact - there are scientists who claim that A is older) and there was no wheat around 40,000 years ago doesn't mean that the body of people who have blood type 0 can't digest wheat properly.

I know how you feel! I've had my blood checked up twice a year for the last 17 yraes (due to professional medical insurances) and i've been told a dozen time, but never manage to remember it.

The real sad part of it, is that I am still laughing about this!!!AngryLOL

An evidence is that O people have acid PH stomach whereas A people have basic PH.

^ I assure you that all people have "acid PH" in their stomach ... unless there is something wrong.
