These stellar French progsters composed modern instrumental rock of the highest order but don't seem to get a lot of attention in these circles. As far as I know, they're no longer together but do yourself a favor and find at least one of their CDs such as 'North' or their last 'Le Dernier Mot'.

I've heard OF them, but I always read (if I remember correctly) that they were pretty derivative, that doesn't turn me off though. I will probably get to hearing them eventually.

Yeah, they get pegged for being Fripp clones I suppose, which is understandable. The problem there is that they totally kick some progressive butt and were one of the finest groups from France. That they liked the Stick and what Fripp and Levin were doing doesn't mean they aren't worth a go. In fact they surpass 80s Crimson in many ways.

I asked about them in another thread, but got no response.
I have many (many) things to buy, so they are not on the top of my priority list, but I will sure give them a listen eventually.
