   These two albums appeared almost in the same period and (from what I know and read) devided the maiden fans. Some rejected X Factor and enjoyed Bruce dickinson's solo album, others did the opposite.
 
  Which is your choice? I enjoy them both.

Neither.  These two albums are my least favorites from Maiden and Dickinson.

Balls to Picasso is my favorite Dickinson solo album, so I had to choose it, but I also love The X Factor.
