A great new promising band.

Hello, everyone - warm greetings from all of us over
here! 
As you can imagine, life is very busy
for The Reasoning at the moment! The album is progressing extremely well, and
the response to demos, etc via the myspace page has been wonderful. Thanks to all of you for staying in regular touch and for
offering so much support -we appreciate your kind messages and we're all looking
forward to meeting you properly on the road next Spring.

As is often the case with all things
rock music, there have already been a few changes of plan along the way - all of
them exciting! We will be working with another special guest musician, and have
recently been negotiating with a well-known producer who will be responsible for
mixing and engineering our recorded material.   We are now extremely happy to
announce that Dave Meegan has agreed to mix and produce the
album .  We
have been huge fans of his work with Marillion, so this is extremely
exciting for us to be working with him.  A huge priviledge and honour.  Now,
hopefully, you can see why we have needed to adapt to a few busy working
schedules apart from our own!!

In light of this, the set date for
pressing of the album will now be January 2007, with an official release in
February 2007 - and our gig at The Point on February 24th will double as a
launch party. 

There are a limited number of
remaining pre-order slots available, but those who have already placed their
orders will, of course, benefit from priority delivery, and you should receive
your copies at the very beginning of February.

The new website will be going live in
mid-November and is already looking great - we'll keep you posted, of course. In
addition, the DVD video for the 'Awakening' single is now complete, and will be
on sale with our other merchandise at our forthcoming gigs.
