Phase 2 is even better than the Official Bootleg. However, being signed to Cuneiform Records means you have a good chance of track down their latest while avoiding paying through the web.
The best eclectic music on the Web,8-11pm BST/GMT THURS.

I saw these guys twice and was very sceptical the first time about going to see a band who actualy had the audacity to think they could play this intricate music and was very suprised as was McLaughlin himself who has met the band and endorses them. I have their first CD but unfortunately can`t find the second one. It`s probably available over the internet but after getting burned out of a couple of thousand dollars over the net I won`t spend a red cent on something for sale in cyberspace.

added at a rush - thanks to MP leader Gregg Bendian's input - since we had already posted details about the band's latest album under Mahavishu Orchestra............... Before anybody accuses them of being no more than a tribute band like the Australian Pink Floyd or Musical Box, you better compare Mahavishnu Project's interpretation of McLaughlin's music with the originals by Mahavishnu Orchestra. No reputable jazz musician  imitates but moves on also well illustrated  by the Polysoft's covers of Soft Machine's  music in 2003 - even with Hugh Hopper and Elton Dean guesting.
