Seems like all the big bands are reforming to go on tour

Genesis, The Police, Led Zeppelin and now Van Halen...

Sounds good to me. Van Halen with Roth were excellent!

Look forward to the Police too, and as for Zep..Wow! Bring it on. I hope it's confirmed. I just hope these bands dont charge the same for tickets as Genesis did!
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

Ah. As for Van Halen re-uniting ... well, let's hope it's not as disappointing as Guns 'n Roses.Wink

Hope they come to Atlanta. They at least need to issue a live document from it. The current live album is dreadful, especially Anthony's bass solo, but I guess we don't have to worry about that anymore

More than any other band, Led Zeppelin died with their absolutely irreplaceable drummer. Doesn't mean it won't be great, I'll surely be there with great joy, but it is Page, Plant and Jones, not Led Zeppelin.

FYI, as of Feb 23 Billboard Magazine reports that the tour is now officially "on hold" but not cancelled.  Also heard rumor that they won't even show up to be inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  Sounds like serious trouble brewing to me.

Van Halen are TOAST, HISTORY, CAN'T STAND EACH OTHER, GONE FOREVER, F*CK EM, THEY'RE NOT WORTH IT, GET OVER THEM, please!!!
Just like Floyd and Genesis, Yes and...
Forget them. Bury them. Thank them, and praise them, for all the good they did. Then turn AND JUST WALK AWAY.
Please. Don't feed the corpses.

^ Of course many of the bands re-unite primarily for monetary reasons. I read that the 2004 tour of Van Halen made them about 40 million dollars ... so much for "we're only in it for the music".Wink

Now Van Halen is with Alex VH,EDDIE VH and the son of Eddie in Bass ,Mike Anthony was fired, and the singer is DL Roth, because Haggar now have business,a restaurant and want more time with the family, the press and magazines says that the new bassist is better than M.Anthony.

Anthony's bass solos are a complete joke. The only thing he does is hammer away on it with some sort of distortion feature. Sounds like a friggin' train derailment.

So Eddie has checked into rehab.  Explains a whole lot, don't it?  Hey, maybe he'll hook up with Britney while he's in there and she could front the band instead of Diamond Dave!  Call 'em Van Spears!

Yeah! 75 euros for standingspot tickets. It's a huge ripoff.

Well I know someone who will be more than happy hearing this news, my friend is a Van Halen whore.
