The worst is the Scorpions' Virgin Killer...I mean, come on guys, even in the early 70s that was pretty bad. Good band, though.

None of these two are particularily creepy in my opinion. The PT cover
is nice, but nothing really special, and the PoS cover is just plain
bad.

Honestly I like In Absential cover less than Scarsick... both are awful.

Out of those choices it's definitely scarsick. I like In Absentia cover alot, it kinda add something to the whole feel of the album.
But my all time worst album cover is this:
