The worst is the Scorpions' Virgin Killer...I mean, come on guys, even in the early 70s that was pretty bad. Good band, though.

Whats so shocking about their covers?They are immature and childlish and very unoriginal.
 
Bizzare,strange covers are the creepiest .For example Dun's Eros cover.

None of these two are particularily creepy in my opinion. The PT cover is nice, but nothing really special, and the PoS cover is just plain bad.

I'll go for the Scarsick cover, mainly because its not that good a cover.

Out of those choices it's definitely scarsick. I like In Absentia cover alot, it kinda add something to the whole feel of the album.

But my all time worst album cover is this:
