Happened on Jan 28. A great loss for Music in general. He was an italian-origined brit that took on Traffic's drums stool all the way to the last album , doubled Stevie Winwood on vocals and sang some himself....Was the main lyricist ( Neil Peart was not the first drummer to write the lyrics of the band)

 

Will never be as a top drummer, but held his own. His solo career was mainly song-oriented much like Winwood.

R I P , Jim. At least some people will remember you
