And do you have 'interesting' conversations with those who operate airport metal detectors? Edited by Jim Garten - February 02 2007 at 03:11 |

Hey, does a scar you have in your forehead because of a traffic accident qualify? I look deadlier and more dangerous than I really am...

Interesting - scarification as opposed to tattooing... I'm sure psychiatrists would find some underlying tribalist motive (the same with all bodily modification such as tattoos, implants, piercings etc), but I was distracted from such weighty matters by the advertisement under the "making of" photo for an online dating service... you know how to impress the laydees, dontcha? |

No, and never will. I don't like them, and then I have a very low pain threshold, which would effectively prevent me from being even tempted to have one done.

No tattoos, but I have a scar:
Here's the 'making of' it: http://img217.imageshack.us/my.php?image=suc50882ev1.jpg Don't look if you're afraid of blood It's fading away now as you can see, and I'm not going to refresh it because it's too visible there, but I'm thinking of getting a more permanent one on my shoulder, probably the Magma logo |

Or how about this nice piece by Neil Peart (don't forget to get an additional lyric tattooed on your back - or just leave the last line out): "Spinning, whirling Still descending Like a spiral sea Unending... Sound and fury Drown my heart Every nerve Is torn apart... To be continued..." And btw: no tattoos here, nor any planned. |

how about "Close to the edge, round by the corner. Close to the end, down by the corner"... that'd keep people puzzled.
