You should try some yummy Apple Pie, from Russia.  It can easily fill the craving for new Neal-era Spock's Beard.

The Neo/Symphonic teams have been debating this band for awhile. LOL

What on earth is there to debate? Confused  Whether it's neo or symph? Wink  Either way, it's most definitely prog rock, and should be added immediately. Big%20smile

Listening to the latest Spock's Beard CD as I type, lets just say I think I`ll try me some Pie, not that the new "stuff" from the beard is awful its just not that great ,  IMHO
I miss  Neal Morse beard   if apple pie can provide that magic I`ll be very happy

By all indications of what I am reading about Apple Pie on the net  (I study these things) they should be added on this site and perhaps may even become a big name in modern prog very soon   .. I need to actually hear their music to confirm this though  but I`m expecting to be blown away Smile

They will be added to the site, probably under Neo because the Symph team has absolutely refused to take them.

Well, you can check the discussion in Igor's thread in the Suggest bands place if you want to read into it more. Basically, I think they should go wherever Spock's Beard are, but apparently their music is compositionally (even though they employ using modern TFK/SB-esque instrumentation) related to Neo-Prog.

It's sometimes hard to draw the line between Neo and Modern Symphonic Prog. A lot of sites don't even have a line.
