I think Pink Floyd is the best singer.

Actually David said in an interview he'd played like 90% of the bass on the records.. going way back to Meddle etc... :P Anyway, I don't agree with that guys comment at all, I like Rogers singing especially on Animals. But, how can you say Waters is the better musician? He's an amazing lyricist and writer... but I think Rick Wright and David Gilmour was were the real musicianship was at in Pink Floyd.

Maybe Gilmour is a "better" singer, but I find Waters' vocals much more interesting.

^ so smooth it makes me drowsy sometimes  difficult, kinda like David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar (or not like that at all, take your pick).. I give it to Roger for feeling, evoking many images and doing a great job even though he's not really a singer

I thought both sang on Welcome To the Machine...
Gilmour is too soft and Waters is too harsh but the combination of the two is great. Add Wright to the equation and the result is fantastic.

I've got to abstain on this one.
Aside from what you die-hard Pink Floyd fans say, The Final Cut is one of my favorite albums of all time, and Waters's vocals on that album, prolific as they are, are emotionally powerful ("The Gunner's Dream" and "The Final Cut" stand out in this respect).
David Gilmour's On an Island makes me want to go to the beach every time I hear it, and I think his vocal on "Dogs" is superb.
As for Wright, I've got to say I like his also.
