Parents,  Napoleon Bona-Parts 1 & 2, Breaking All The House Rules, Nude disintegrating parachutist woman, In The Grip Of A Tyrefitter's Hand... they should be considered at least prog related.

Love Harry Secombe and Charlotte ChurchWink

Those three should be added, as well as Tom Jones, Sassafras, Bryn Terfel, Daffyd Iwan and the Proggeist of them all Goldie Looking Chain and Katherine Jenkins WinkLOLLOL

Seriously: I have suggested Budgie in the past, they could qualify in PA as Prog Releted, great band and my personal favourite "Breadfan" as changes throughout the song.

Mind you there a few Welsh Prog bands here: Man, Super Furry Animals, Bluehorses etc etc.

Calling SFA Prog is really quite a large strecht in my opinion. I can't see how they ended up here...

Jokes aside, many non-prog artists have made 5 to 10 prog songs in their entire career, so they could be considered prog-related with this argument.

So I think it would be better to present as an argument the fact that the band made one or two prog albums or one prog and another half-prog, meaning that the band during a short period of time was aimed in doing something progressive but for several reason they did not stick in the prog genre, moving to some other kind of music.

Why not indeed?
I wouldn't object to either , probably as prog-related.
