Richard is an incredibly nice guy, I must say.  I didn't chat to Phil Miller, but he did sign my copy of Hatwise Choice for me, so I was happy.

I missed Mother Gong last year in my home town, how I didn't see that, I don't know... I don't expect such bands to play here. LOL

Typical!...Mother Gong played a free show near mine too while I was away.
Managed to catch up with them at the Uncon in Amsterdam though. Absolutely amazing experience, lot's of DVDs & CDs of the bands to look forward to too so I hear Smile

Met Allan Holdsworth yesterday too, one of the nicest I've had the pleasure to meet

Ah yes, the Holdsworth gig was yesterday.  Sounds like fun.

Yes, Mother Gong played in a pub in Swindon last year and I didn't hear about it until after the event!  Grrr!  I could have easily gone to see them too.  True, it wasn't Daevid Allen, but I'm sure Gilli Smyth's Mother Gong is just as good.

Back to Brainville 3 issue meanwhile...

I was (very) lucky to see them last year, some three days after the famous Canterbury Festival. All I can do is to recommend (highly) you not to miss the concert.

...'cause mine was great!!!
