Until earlier today, I was using Firefox and it worked perfectly on these forums. But suddenly I was logged out, and now every time I login, it says "login successful", but it doesn't actually log me in. I'm using Windows XP and I'm not having any problems on other forums. I'm using IE for this post.

I have a simular problem

I'm using 'XP' Even though i'm not logged on it says i am at the bottom of the page,i have to log on to gain reply access on the forum,by doing this it's showing as two of my user names,i've had some stick over this from a few eagle eyed  members,i actually never noticed this till it was pointed out...All i can do at the moment is keep ticking my non showing as an active member..

It's not quite the same as that; using Firefox I literally can't post anything, so every time I want to reply I have to fire up IE and use that, as I am doing now.

Strange - I'm having no problems with Firefox 1.0 and Windows XP.  I wonder if it would help if you cleared your saved information (Tools | Options | Privacy).

I'd try that, it could be a problem with your cookies.
