I play guitar, but I'd like to learn keyboards, bassoon, oboe and soprano sax (so I can pretend to be Mel Collins).

Guitar and viola... but unfortunatly, Im not taking viola lessons now, as my teacher is very very sick, and its hard to find a viola teacher...
