hey are there any Collective Soul fans here? i recently got really into their music and i heard that they are having an album release August 28th called Afterwords.  I've been a fan of theirs ever since a friend of mine gave me their self-titled album from '95. i listened to their new single "hollywood" and its pretty good so i can't wait to hear the rest of the album, i saw on their myspace page that the cd will be sold only at target and itunes...bummer. but the single is online now. here's a link if you want to check them out...

Yes, I like some of their music. But this thread needs to move to another forum. The Non-Prog Music Forum I believe.

I like their greatest hits CD! I haven't delved any further, though. 'Shine' used to be my favorite song, before I got into progressive rock. Smile
