hello, i just signed up for prog archives the other day and have been putting up some reviews of my favorite albums up, trying to build up on my reviews....

anyway, i was happy to stumble upon this site because not only can i discuss my favorite broad genre of music with other people, but i can find all sorts of bands i've never even heard of.  So i'm very excited to be a part of this website.

My names Ethan, i'm 17 years old, my favorite bands are Rush, Pink Floyd, Kind Crimson, and the Beatles.  I listen to music, a lot obviously, i read about a book a week, and i'm an avid movie watcher.  Someday i hope to be a published author... i will be entering the Sociology field in a year...

well progressive music of every kind is welcome to these ears and i hope some other people here can give me some good recomendations!!

Howdy from Texas.  This old guy loves it when he realizes that some of the younger generation appreciates music that makes one think.  Welcome to the club.
