HI PROG FRIENDS, THIS IS CÉSAR INCA.

Well, here's The Great Labyrinth Project, a prog rock one-mand project led and conducted by Peruvian guitarist Ricardo Rodríguez. TGLP's music can be heard at http://www.myspace.com/thegreatlabyrinthproject, and there's already a released album on sale across this link. I think this ite mshould be included in the Archives as soon as possible.

    Kind regards.

Hello Cesar,

I've listened to the four tracks on the band's MySpace page, and I'm going to submit them to the attention of my teammate David for Heavy Prog. Since I've also read the review (I understand Spanish quite well, being Italian), I think they might qualify for our subgenre. I'll let you know how things are going.

Thank you for your attention and suggestions.

At fist, I thought TGLB could meet the standards of symphonic prog, especially for the first three compositions that had been downloaded originally on Myspace and Musicazo (you can check  some material here, too), but as time went by and the album was ultimately completed, tGLB turned into a more heavy-prog direction. Accurate label, indeed!

   Kind regards.

Check on "estilos" for "Rock Progresivo", the look for The Great Labyrinth Project. There you will find 'Viajero del Tiempo' and 'La Princesa de Eskurtu' - the former is a sort of mixture between Rush, Yes and Kansas; the latter is more symphonic than heavy prog, even bearing some spacey textures. This guy Ricardo Rodriguez is really an accomplished progressive writer.

Hope it helps to expand your view on TGLB...
         MAYBE EVEN ORDER THE RECORD!

    Kind regards.
