I haven't noticed if there is a large crowd of Polish people frequenting this site, but in case any of you have heard the Polish band Zywiolak, I'd appreciate your thoughts!
I attended a concert with them this summer, and I have to admit I've very rarely experienced a similar concert energy and amazing nerve, convincing an audience mainly consisting of people unfamiliar with their music. They play something they call "freak folk", or experimental folkrock with a metal touch. Perhaps "witch prog" or "forest prog" would give a hint as to the direction their music is headed. Anyone else heard of them? Edited by Desoc - November 04 2007 at 17:48 |

"Music is much like f**king, but some composers can't climax and others climax too often, leaving themselves and the listener jaded and spent."

i downloaded their demo a few months ago when i was looking for some good foreign folky stuff and i was pleased. i like that creepy ambient feel they apply to their brand of metal.

What do people think - should they be nominated for inclusion in the Archives?

They aren't in the archives so I have to move this.
I will put it in the "Suggest" section.
