Rubber Soul the Beatles first Psychedelic Album?

From another prog website there is a discussion is Rubber Soul the first psychedelic record by the Beatles or the first with elements. The album has the psychedelic album cover. The Word contains trippy organ fills and the lyrics recalls the hippy All You Need Is Love theme. Nowhere Man and Girl vocal sounds  psychedelic. Then Norwegian Wood has the raga folk sound but with the buzzing of the sitar it sounds  psych- folk to me. They progressed later to true Psychedelic rock on Revolver the roots for the Beatles for psychedelic rock  starts on Rubber Soul.
