Actually the instrument I hate most is the accordion and in DAAU, it is way too prominent.

It's much more discreet in Aranis

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

Well after my first two reviews of DAAU, I must say that their EP is pretty excellent, but it must be counted out...cos, it's not representative of them.

But DAAU closes the gap, IN MY OPINION...

Their first one alone is enough for me to love them for life....

We Need New Animals is also one I like alot, especially with the electrified sound coming in.

Life Transmission, where they try other style and put them in, like the hip-hop song, Merry Go Round (which I like a lot) is a different album in that way, but still has their charm.

Richard.... EP is very good as well and Tub Gurnard Goodness is quite good; Domestic Wildlife is sort of return, or rather not doing what previous middle albums did and though I like it, there's some of the magic of the first two albums gone.

I haven't heard the soundtrack to Our Daily Bread yet.
