There is an interesting new release from the band who brought us Sol29.
NoSound - Giancarlo Erra (Rome Italy) giancarlo erra: vocals, guitars paolo martellacci: keyboards, vocals paolo vigliarolo: acoustic & electric guitars ialessandro luc: bass gigi zito: drums, vocals Check it out.....recently Giancarlo has been most gracious to fill a request for me at on his MySpace page and Website. Getting ready for the release of his newest work. LIGHTDARK http://www.lightdar ( Nosound - Lightdark, new album promotional website ) -- Released Feb 6th! Giancarlo has also released a great track in a high quality stream on his website0 and also on his myspace page. It is a cover of Pink Floyd's - Echoes the full 20min plus version. On the my space page the player link is a little ways down the page on the right side. Due to the length of the song it was not possible to put it in the main player. http://www.myspace. ( myspace page with exclusive previews, pictures and news ) http://www.nosound. ( Nosound official website / shop / downloads / info / reviews ) There are several free tracks if you join the website also! Make sure you do this and go get the other songs from the Live show @ Stazione Birra, Roma (Italy). This is some very cool music and Giancarlo is a really great guy! Who deserves to be noticed. Go look and listen and see for yourselves....if you like what you hear please tell your friends about this new release. You can get it on Burning Shed.....and if you buy both Sol29 and Lightdark together you get a savings. And the Sol29 is a remastered version with two new bonus tracks. So it's a great deal! I got mine. Let me know what you think? Peace, Mike |

Giancarlo was so kind enough to send me a promo copy for reviewing purpose. I haven't received it yet, but I'm eagerly waiting for it.
I'm going to check out the Echoes cover. It's one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs and I would like to see their version of it. |

You will love it! It is a true Sonic experience and I can just only imagine at the end of a concert to have him go into ECHOES a 20 min rendition of the song! The ending gives me the chills!

^^^ I liked it a lot! They cut out some of the solos, but I really didn't mind. I agree with the ending, it gets me every time I listen to it.
A couple of clappies for the great cover: |

You can count me as one of NOSOUND's biggest fans.I tried to get them on this site for some time.Giancarlo is a very talented and ambitious man to say the least. When i messaged him that he was on this site he promptly added videos and anything else he was allowed to. "Sol29" is an extremely moving and powerful work and it wouldn't surprise me at all if his cover of "Echoes" was anything but a success.
