Quite a weird and crazy band on basis of the sample and what I've read about them.

I only have Pljuni istini u oèi , which is not that crazy as you put it, I see it more as a very creative band, unless the other albums are different than this one. But then again, it depends on how you judge this; in the context of the time it was released or in the standards of today.

It's full with life in the SMM sort of way ("SMM school of RIO" if you will) and I think certain bands today are following a similar path and expanding on it (Taal, Miriodor etc).

Groovy, fun and lovely album with good rock being played.
I guess they could or should have been part of the original RIO bands.

Highly recommended album!

Agree. Only the thing is - their lyrics and graphic design are equally important as the music. Therefore, the listeners who don't understand the language may be disadvantaged.

In every case a great discovery!

Musically I found some similarities with Elio E Le Storie Tese's albums.

I intend, of course, the use of music as an integral part of thought that is expressed in song. In Nevino srce it is clear the use of lyrics as part of a speech that embraces the whole. Indeed other lyrics on the music (or vice versa) would not have the same meaning. This is a basic element of "Satyric Rock". What has been pushed to extremes most extreme in the last album of Elio E Le Storie Tese, where the lyrics are not lyrics but part of the music played with instruments.

I never heard of these Elio album s you mentioned, but you are correct: "Satyric Rock" is perhaps the best description of Buldozer!

Hi Seyo.

Is it possible to correct the name of the band and the album and song titles so that they include the correct Slovenian letters (those with carons)?

For example Wikipedia has correct album titles: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buldožer

This applies also to other Slovenian bands in the prog database...

Thanks.

I think not for the band and album names, because the diacritics are not supported by the site search engine. For the rest of text it should not be problem.
Go to the forum thread "corrections or ommissions..." and ask the Admin .
