What albums you think are perfectly to put in the end of days...?

I think any post-rock album are good to put in the radio on the end of the world ^_^U

The obvious ones would be Mahavishu Orchestra's Apocalypse.  Also Aphrodite's Child's 666.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Probably ELP's  'Love Beach' (it's capable of making the end of the world seem a lesser of two evils)

You can put in a request for one of the higher ups to fix it for you if they don't do it soon anyway.  It's not the end of the world. Tongue

i have several songs that can fit the occasion:

1- The Host Of Seraphim by Dead Can Dance

2- Judgement by Anathema

3- Comptine D'Un Autre Ete - L'Apres Midi by Yann Tiersen
{Flashlights shade shrunken views
Of a red demon’s foxtrot in brews
Guns & flowers crown morning news
Panic-stricken guilt now ensues}

Humanfly is extreme apocolyptic!

All meloncholic post rock would be excellent to end the earth with!

Sleepy's right though, Marathon WILL be the song playing when the "trumpets" sound, or in this case horrifying Doom vocals followed by guitar way too mellow for just any normal song.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned 'Supper's Ready' it seems to be the perfect end of the world song.  Especially Apacolypse in 9/8 until the end of the song.  Pete's vocals at the end give me chills every time.

Ok, dont know why Suppers Ready is so obvious... but ok...

Maybe not song, but the last section of Meshuggah´s "I" is the sound of the end of the world
"You want me to play what, Robert?"
