Heavy certainly crossed my mind too, though I've seen it described as a progressive metal band (and obviously has strong metal qualities).  I will mention  it the Heavy Prog team.

I've added them to our charts. Very interesting they have. But so far from the samples I've heard and I'm thinking Heavy Prog.
