FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Toronto, ON - 8 September, 2008 -- Cyclone Records has signed Where's the Nine to release their debut album internationally.

Musicians often take the path of commercial viability to reach the largest audience and to ensure their longevity but often sacrifice the passion that drove them to music in the first place. Barry Connors, the percussive force behind such bands as Coney Hatch, Lee Aaron and Toronto has teamed up with virtuoso Dean Watson to present a phenomenal, instrumental progressive mix that finds and nurtures a passion that answers to no one.

Where's the Nine will be releasing their debut CD, "Desensitized to Insanity", on 1 October 2008. With a diverse mix of jazz, rock, fusion and progressive elements that hints of such greats as Yes, UK, Rush, Triumvirat, FM, this music comes to life with a character all its own. This is not merely a collection of songs, it is a story, a journey that must be travelled time and again to fully appreciate all its twists and turns.

All keyboards and guitars were recorded at 'The Chalet by the Lake' in Rosseau, Ontario, and all drums were recorded at 'The Dungeon' in Cambridge, Ontario.
