Top 3 Kraftwerk CDs ever and best songs from that album!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's start with my choices
1 The Man Machine (a no brainer cos its the best I think) - song "The Robots" (original version)

2. Computer World- "Computer Love" - even Coldplay stole the melody of this!

3. Autobahn - come on the album is awesome for "Autobahn" if nothing else.

Now your choices....and best song from each album please...

I love that first jam on the self titled album. No idea what it is called, but it's a great song.

from there, I prefer the electropop:

Die Mensch-maschine - Metropolis
Trans-Europa Express - Spiegelsaal

they are the type of group who go from being one of my favourites to one I totally ignore, and every single year, too.

Loved Kraftwerk since I was seven, and I think my list is as simple as this:

Trans Europe Express- Trans Europe Express
The Man Machine - The Man Machine
Computer World - Computer World

I discovered their very first albums just a couple of years ago. I love them too, but I've known these three albums and tracks from even before I knew about anything called prog.
Over land and under ashes
In the sunlight, see - it flashes
Find a fly and eat his eye
But don't believe in me
Don't believe in me
Don't believe in me

  1. Man Machine - Neon Lights
  2. Trans Europe Express - Trans Europe Express
  3. Radioactivity - Radioland

So many great tracks to choose from, but these are my 3 most played.

Actually I was listening to them in the 80s as a young boy who just wanted something a litlle bit different and knew nothing of the prog tag - though I knew they were definitley not your standard band. I love all of Man Machine and Trans Europe Express title track is an absolute gem. Though rest of album not so sure about. Tour de France CD is OK but worst is Radioactivity - only has 4 good tracks IMHO. First Album has a track about a pineapple on it - ultra weird.

Keep the lists coming please.

Kraftwerk (Debut)

Ralf & Florian

Autobahn

When it comes to Kraftwerk I always listen to the whole album so for me it's hard to pick individual favourites.
