I guess you are new here.

 I think.

My favourite sprong band is 2Unlimited, what's yours

A definition of Prong Rock Music

Prong rock ("prong") is an ambitious, eclectic, and often grandiose style of rock music which arose in the late 1980s.
Prong is a musical movement which induces the listener to sprong around and make silly noises. Kind of like hip hop, but more pretensious Prong rock was largely a European movement, and drew most of its influences from dance music. Over the years various sub-genres of prong rock have emerged, such as symphonic prong (House music), art prong and prong metal. The latter most ridiculed by the older prong fans.

Neo-prong is a subgenre that is largely influenced by Genesis, We can't Dance is by many considered the ultimate neo-prong album

Could anyone tell me whether you need a tuning fork to play prong rock?  In which case is it piano based, like Richard Clayderman?
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

Oh yeah, and to find the best definition of prog (not prong) rock there is, go to the archives' home page, and click on the Prog Rock? tab at the top of the screen.

LOL, tuning fork for prong rock. That's hilarious.

They're a good band, but are they Prong?

The Phenomenom of "Prong Rock" owes it's existance to
piano tuners everywhere. Yes, this unsavory group of
individuals travel from place to place.
Their mission: To destroy any trace of a temprament on
your instument.
BEWARE the "tuner" with a "tuning device" of electronic
origin.
Give me six musicians, twelve tuning forks of varying
pitches, well, that's just genius.
Time to sleep it off.

Wearing feelings on our faces when our faces took a rest...
