Rush enthusiasts.....a question for you???

I am a HUGELY BIG RUSH fan and there ain't too much I don't know about the boys now but could someone please tell me which album/record the excellent live version of 'Middletown Dreams' appears on?  It was the second song I ever heard by them online when I first checked them out and I haven't found it since.....I don't have either of them but i can't see it on the tracklistings for Different Stages or A Show Of Hands so what did it appear on? or am I being stoopid?

Peace and thanx

I can't remember what I said
I lost my head.

I'm having a guess here, but I vaguely remember they put some live stuff from Power Windows onto the B-sides of the Singles 'Force Ten' and 'Time Stands Still' from Hold Your Fire... could that be where you heard it from?
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson
