Obscured By Clouds - Psychedelic

   I'm not sure if the band Obscured by Clouds has been suggested before, but I believe that like the album that they are named after, this band might have a place in the Psychedelic section of the site.  I don't know too much about them, but Progression Magazine does have an article written about them.
