I'll be an outcast and choose Pepper's Ghost. I'm honestly not sure why I enjoy that album more than the others...

I only have the first four (seems I stopped one to soon), but of those The Visitor over Pride.

The Visitor for me. Perfection, pure and simple.

Always had a soft spot for Immortal? so that gets my vote. Must admit to not having heard their debut though.

It really could be any of them. But I'll give my vote to Songs From The Lions Cage, which is a personal favourite. Tracks like Out Of The Wilderness, Jericho or Solomon deserve some more recognition, hence, my vote to this amazing debut. |

Tough to decide between The Visitor and Contagion. My vote for the former was largely emotional: it was the album through which I discovered Arena, and I have a special attachment to it. As I type this, I've got Immortal? on my headphones.

It was a close call between The Visitor and Contagion, which are both 5 star albums IMO. I voted for Contagion, but another day I might have voted for The Visitor. Contagion is perhaps more original (not implying that The Visitor is not original!)
Immortal? is an excellent album too (4 stars), but I definitely perfer Songs From The Lion's Cage over that one. It is a near masterpiece for me (4,5 stars)! Solomon has become one of my all time favourite songs and Jericho and Crying For Help IV are sublime. The only track I don't like very much on that album is the New Age-like Crying For Help III but overall those instrumental tracks give great variation to the album.
Pride and Pepper's Ghost are also very good albums (3,5 stars).
Great, great band!

I like 'Sirens' but not much else from Pride. I think it suffers from poor production.
The two best albums are IMMORTAL & CONTAGIUN by a country mile and are classics. THE VISITOR is too neo prog sounding for me and lacks aggression. PEPPER'S GHOST sounds like a band who have run out of ideas. I hope they return with some quality after a long hiatus!

For me it's between "Immortal?" and "Pepper's Ghost" chose the latter because it's just getting no respect here.
