Just listening to some- it's good, but I completely fail to see how it's psychedelic or space rock.

So do I, it's straight up heavy rock and fupping roll (with progressive elements mind), and the wall of sound created is phenomenal.
Apparently Sel uses 6 amplifiers to get the sound he wants or something, so they are certainly aptly named. |

I'd say New Prog/Alternative/Hard Rock really. But I know little about Genres.
The Octopus sounds bloody terrific, pretty damn Psychedelic and Progressive if you ask me.

there is only one song i have heard of this band, Area 51. i loved the song, but after sometime figured out it sounded a bit like Reflection (Tool - Lateralus). Am I the only one? :S
