^ In that case you have knowledge of a concert that I'm not aware of... which is not a surprise, I only know a few of the most famous ones.

Only the 1973 concert tour opening with "The Song Remains the Same" as documented by the video release by the same name. Or maybe we're just having a communication breakdown? Wink

And yet the poll creator lists it as a choice, and they opened with it when I saw them live. Ermm

Oh, that cool, on both counts (didn't notice it being in the poll options and wasn't aware of any concerts with that set-list; what tour was it?). But at least I was right about the TSRTS concert film. Tongue

Most of all the 77 tour The Songs Remains the Same was the opener.

Yeah, I don't remember if was 1973 for sure and it may have been another year that they opened with TSRTS. Confused I had already seen A Passion Play and was so blown away I didn't remember the exact set list for Zeppelin in 1973. But on one of the tours I saw they definitely opened with TSRTS.

We're Gonna Groove most certainly.  I always liked that song a lot, especially the live version.

Yes I have been seen bashing Zeppelin here a lot, but that was only because I thought comparing him to Robert Fripp was absolutely ridiculous.

I voted "The Song Remains the Same".

It's a shame they never played "In the Light" live, it would have made a fantastic opener.

I found a new channel on my cable over here a while back I didn't even know I had.  Its called Palladia and only on the high def tier.  They show concerts and videos all the time.  The day I stumbled on it they were playing the song remains the same.  It was great to see the whole thing for the first time in about 20 some years.
Biggles was in rehab last Saturday
