Wow, very nice james. Tago Mago is one of those albums that a lot of members here love, it is nice to see that there are people who think different.

Ahvak is excellent, but Tago Mago is one of my all-time favourites. I generally agree with Logan's sentiments - it had much more impact on me.
Kind of a strange comparison, though...

I'm with James on this one, Ahvak is much more interesting to me. Admitedly, I havnt heard either album in its entirety but Can's style just doesnt appeal to me at all.

Ahvak is an excellent contemporary RIO album.
Tago Mago is a Kosmiche masterpiece.
Both splendid, but Tago Mago is the one I'd rescue from a burning building.

Itīs not really fair, Iīve had Tago Mago for 6 or 7 years and I absolutely love it. Ahvak came last week.... All set aside, I find it very unlikely that it will ever be as good- going on my 20th spin right now.
