Yes, they are. They all have day jobs (some music related, some not), so it takes them a long time to put out albums and they don't do many live shows at all in the past 10 or 15 years (they did a lot more in the 90's). I wouldn't expect anything from them for at least a year or two, since they just put one out last year. I'm tempted to call that one their best (Echolyn......their second self-titled release, somewhat confusingly), but As The World is probably their most progressive. Different eras of the band though, different approaches.

I just can't wait for a new album. I hope that it will follow the relaxed mood of the last one, rather than the more nervous style of the previous albums

I actually - dug out - Suffocating the Bloom, one of those CD's that I had bought (possibly eight or nine years ago) and never listened to. I noticed it last night and gave it a spin - I was pleasantly surprised - I thought that the drumming was superb and I liked the singer and the high tempo - change beat prog appealed to me last night I may have to get more!
