^ Definitely a good one.

But does Jethro Tull's Grace kind of count as an outro for Baker Street Muse? If so, that's a good one.

How about 'Three Friends' from GENTLE GIANT's "Three Friends"? The eerie chorale and the melancholic recurring theme are a real universal homage to the power of repetition and the impact of fade-out.

agreed Octavarium is a good one, really epic

some of my favourites in no particular order

Aquatarkus - ELP
As Sure as Eggs Is Eggs - Genesis
The Cinema Show (studio version, love the lead into Aisle of Plenty) - Genesis
Shine On You Crazy Diamond Part 9 - Pink Floyd
Learning To Live - Dream Theater
Every Day - Steve Hackett
River Of Life/Per Un Amico - PFM
Symphony No. 2 - Egg

it's hard to pick one but if i had too As Sure as Eggs is Eggs would probably win everything about it just sends shivers down the spine.

"The Gates of Delirium".  I've always been happy that my CD of Relayer contains the single version of "Soon" as a bonus track at the end of the album.  It's the prettiest thing Yes ever did, in my opinion.
