From Whole Foods: falafel, corn, slices of onions, some kind of bread, chunks of seasoned meat, garlic bread, dry bread bits, slices of mushrooms, salty oiled mushrooms, celery, slices of beets, Caesar salad, mac-n'-cheese, vanilla tapioca pudding, chocolate pudding. Don't ask me how I've managed to stick all that into a 2"x5"x6" food box.

LOL ... No ... it's just that I know what my body needs ... or wants. I know that when I'm in Whole Foods, 'ere goes a great opportunity to grub whatever I want. But damn, am I still skinny. I just can't get fat!
