A great Hungarian dish my dear Father prepared tonight - Langos - with sour-cream, garlic oil and Parmesan shreds. Simply DELICIOUS..............(with Futurama in the background....)

Roasted red pepper risotto for supper tonight.
 
Tomorrow night: leftover roasted red pepper risotto tucked around a cube of mozzarella, rolled in bread crumbs and fried (Raff will recognize these as arancini).  Even better.

I don't know why, but I always get sucked into checking for the daily cranberry juice intake.
 
what will I do on the day it doesn't appear?  suppose MWH switches to pomegranate juice?
