my theory is i eat right all the time by listening to the body.  but practically speaking i eat a pretty lean breakfast and lunch, then I eat a solid dinner, but relatively early.  Then I don't eat snack the rest of the night.  I don't worry too much, I don't plan on living forever....Beer
