^ Apparently there's a current fad to go off milk because it is, of course, deadly, even though it is the single most important nutrient we have from birth forward.   Seems like every few years we get one of these trends:  bread, salt, carbs, fruit, corn syrup, anything cooked, anything uncooked, on and on ...

Exactly how low are FDA's standards? ... ... This could easily make for a bad movie with Paul Rudd and Jonah Hill ... featuring me as the dude laboring in his stomach.

Even though I do it, I'm pretty sure drinking cows milk is "not natural".

The stomachache is pretty much gone. After having a plate of buckwheat and salmon in Heinz ketchup, now I'm having a chocolate cake with chamomile tea to ease what's left of the ache.
