Perhaps this issue is just mine, as I couldn't find a thread about it.
 
I seem not to get notified when I have a PM waiting involving someone leaving me feedback about a review I posted. Generally when I have a PM a box pops up when you first enter the forums. Even when I click on  "new messages" it doesn't alert me (only when I click on inbox does the window pop up).
 
Is this standard procedure?  Or just something on my end?
 
(Occurs on both IE6 and IE8).

Funny thing. I thought you did not want to read my message Cry, nah kiddingLOL.  The alert is fine with me, so far I haven't had any problems.

I have this same problem. I ended up finally getting the messages over 3 months later. Even the dates were 3 months earlier, but I didn't get the PMs until then. Confused

Yep. That seems to be the same issue. Totally missed that thread. Embarrassed Except that I get no noticfication until I manually check my inbox (or get another PM thats for a different issue).

I guess M@X hasn't found a solution yet. It would be nice to get it soon, so errors or other issues can be resolved swiftly

Yes, I'll get notified of them, but not until many many weeks after the fact. Until then, they don't even show up.

Thought it was just me.
