Caio, pretty evident I was joking on that one LOL

And lowered his head and let Schumi shine?
Dude,  he had no choice. That's F1 teams man, a #1 and a #2 driver.
Be on Ferrari, you're #2 to Schumi, and if you don't like it then they'll replace you with someone else!

Also Rubens was a pretty good driver, but he could never go toe to toe with Schumi even if he wanted.

Rubens!

I feel it in my bones.

That guy is a national disgrace. He could have been a champion back in the Ferrari years, but no, he had to lower his head and let Schummi shine.

He is a great pilot, but lost all his best shots.
Lol, as good as Rubens is, he was never in Schumy's league and besides, Ferrari wouldn't have let him win a title anyway.

Caio, I agree Rubens is great driver but Schumacher was way better then and that is the only reason why Rubens never won Championship.

A lot of good it will do you!  The only person who 'predicted Vettel' to win did so after the event as it were...  AngryLOL

You might ask Snowy though at least didn't get it completely wrong.

lol whoops!

Though all credit to him for winning, who would've thought Alonso and Webber would both finish so low.
A guess/wishing is one thing but who honestly could've predicted this outcome?

You are right Sir, Tongue
This was a fantastic season, one of the best  I've witnessed so far. And I am really happy to see young Vettel taking the title, well deserved!Clap

Ayrton Senna passed away 1. May in 1994 at Imola so you must have been referring to 1991. But not even that season was half as exciting as this one. I refer to the poll above where also I got it totally wrong. Eight days ago, there was five contenders for the title. That was dwindled down to four this morning and x amount different types of possible scenarios.

I also believe the close season and the next season will be very exciting too. In short; F1 has gone from being a cure against insomnia to being a serious threat against those of us with a faulty heart. I loved every second of this season.

My favourite F1 season was that with the fabulous competition between Mansel and Senna. 1994 maybe? In the last decade there have been years in which I didn't watch any race at all, 2010 has been one such. It was a combination of me losing interest in watching TV about 10 years ago and F1 becoming boring under Schumi's ruthless reign. I never recovered, though the competition has apparently become interesting again in the last years.

Happy that Hamilton is out of it ... the man's got no class...

Webber has been around soo long, he would be like Mansell.... a one-time fluke

Vettel has a big future, though!!! Star

BTW,

the attacks on Ferrari's team strategy are generally unfair... every team does it (if they don't, they're stupid.... since when is F1 a fair and square sport??? it's a bloody circus), but only Ferrari gets aimed at using it successfully....

Ok..Hamilton is obviously a brilliant driver so where does he have no class? Is it his manners? If that's the case Alonso also has no class.

Hamilton is indeed a brilliant driver.... but living his private life in front of the cameras (I'm not saying others don't so - not paying attention really - , but I seem to only hear of him)... that's all I meant

Fair enough. I suppose. My wife doesn't like him either.

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword
