whew! anyway, my 'name' is not margaret, that's my 4001's name so don't try hitting on me ha hah ha. My usual screen name that I post under was taken so I figured I'd try something different. Have spent the better part of a year over at DDD but when I saw 4 complete pages of dicussion about Camel on one thread alone, I figured this site was right up my alley. Anyone, enjoy the dicussions you all have. Look forward to learning some things here. Very interested about getting into the 'euro-prog' Especially the Italian stuff.

...You may not want to look closely at that thread.

These are great Italian albums to start with:

Premiata Forneria Marconi - Storia di un Minuto
Premiata Forneria Marconi - Per un Amico
Le Orme - Felona e Sorona
Locanda delle Fate - Forse le Lucciole non si Amano Piu

...and these a little heavier masterpieces:

Museo Rosenbach - Zarathustra
Biglietto per L'inferno - s/t

If you fancy some of these you can explore the Italian scene more.

My first Italian album was the Locanda delle Fate one. I think it was a great way to start.
