and fill out the forum with the email associated with the mailing

The first time I attempted to post it gave me the error message stating that there were too many attempts to post ("Spamming not allowed"), and I never saw the topic actually posted. Must have been a delayed reaction to an accidental double-clicking on my part.
 
Anyway, how do I get past the bad syntax error message?

Why can't I remove this site from my Email?
 
I try to unsubscribe, and every time I do (there have been a few attempts), I get the error message:
 

www.progarchives.com had a problem - Web Server thinks your Browsers request was malformed or contained bad syntax

Please tell me how I can be unsubscribed.
