Topic: Hi from the UK Posted: January 09 2011 at 05:58 |
Hi all,
Have 'utilised' the site for a while as a guest, and figured I should join. Whilst a lot of the music I listen to is prog in some form, a lot is also simply prog-influenced, or the various guitarist solo projects, Buckethead, Petrucci and others. I also feel that the easiest way to give an overview is to provide a list of artists currently in my Library:
Which is currently undergoing a restoring due to a busted hard-drive
Thanks all, Josh

Ah!, a neighbour with an equally confusing accent. (I don't actually hail from Bristol, just at uni)

Nice part of the country. I think I may have cousins in Andover. We have someone from Bristol here too. His name is "Akindoffromage" or something like that.

It is nice indeed, but I'm also enjoying the west country and the ventures into Wales that I've made. Always good to know there's similar tastes nearby

Thanks, so frustrating trying to re-find and re-add so many songs as I'm sure you're aware :/

Yes, have always enjoyed Shikari, and Biffy, although the two recent albums have been somewhat of a disappointment...
I think Hamper should be the accepted term!

^ better than "hog", though that's more for people in the south of the county I think. Whichester people are called Wintonians and Alton people are Altonians
