Off the top of my head......
Peaches en Regalia - Zappa
Dreamer - Supertramp
Hocus Pocus - Focus
Bullfrog - ELP
Sound Chaser (single edit) - Yes........... sounds crazy but the last 3 minutes of that song really works well on it's own!

Just 10 shorties that I really like, in chronological order:
She (Will o' the Wind) - The Collectors Time Is What I Need - The Shoes (1) Rainmaker - Machine (2) Invitation - Earth & Fire Lyrics - Kayak Soft Eyed Woman - Alquin Emëhntëtt-Rë part 2 - Magma (3) Unquiet Slumbers for the Sleepers... - Genesis Wonderous Stories - Yes Circumstances -Rush (1) Not a prog band, but this song, dated late 1969, is one of the true gems of Proto-Prog
(2) Maybe we'll see this band later on in PA; I suggested them for Xover.
(3) A 3:13 bonus track from Üdu Wüdü, not the epic from their most recent album, but an earlier released version of the starting section. This is prog in a nutshell.

Begging your pardon kind sir, but...
Hocus Pocus is over 6 minutes. Unless you are talking about a radio edit, but who endures such things?

"Point Of Know Return" "Paradox" and especially "The Spider" by Kansas
"The Future Now" by Peter Hammill (the studio version in over 4 minutes, but my favorite live version sits at just below 4 minutes so it counts)

It's funny when you check the times how some songs are longer than you realise. A House with No Door, for instance, is six and a half minutes long.
Some tantalisingly close efforts
Strawberry Fields 4:06
After the Ordeal 4:12
Corporal Clegg 4:12

Every song on SF Sorrow is under 4 minutes (Baron Saturday just sneaks in).
It is probably the single most absurd ommision from the Archives that SF Sorrow isn't listed.

Awesome! But it could be more awesome if it was 19 minutes long.
