Mahavishnu's most celebrated and influential album. An absolute masterwork of Jazz Fusion. I gotta go with Thousand Island Park on this one. Majestic, beautiful, elegant, surreal, creative and it sounds like a track Genesis would have composed so that's a plus for me.

Hey I love your KC avatar! I was searching through some King Crimson pictures on google images a couple months ago and I came across that one. Great little picture and its perfect for an avatar.

Got to say, the 19/16 in Celestial Terrestrial Commuters is pretty awesome. But so is everything else about the album, so this vote is almost meaningless for me.

The human heart instrinsically longs for that which is true, good, and beautiful. This is why timeless music is never without these qualities.

I don't even know, it's all masterliness. The first two have always kinda stood out for some reason though, I guess I'll go with Miles Beyond.

ONE WORD!
Easily one of my favorite instrumentals ever, and of course loaded with Billy Cobham's masterliness drumming (I've yet to see anyone better him in his field!).

One of the hardest polls to vote in for me; nine brilliant tracks. Hope has no votes yet a great melody, so I'll show some love for that one. |

Nice! I love how it acted as a prelude or an intro to One Word and, or Celestial Terrestrial Commuters back in the 70's concerts. It always sounds like the melody is going to crescendo and your just waiting for the moment it does. |
