ROCK LEGEND JOHN WETTON PERFORMS AT TRADING BOUNDARIES

Trading Boundaries, the home of world furniture, amazing food and live music, is delighted to announce that legendary singer/songwriter, John Wetton, will be joining them on Thursday 12th January to perform in The Elephant Cafe.

The rock legend will be celebrating the first night of his 'Raised In Captivity Tour' at Trading Boundaries. This special event marks John's first solo concert since 2003!

Wetton has been lead singer and songwriter for both King Crimson and UK but is perhaps best none for his key role as front man of supergroup, Asia, with hits including 'Heat of the Moment' and 'Only Time Will Tell'.

Respected worldwide by critics, fans and musical peers alike, Wetton was, at one time, the best selling singer in the world!

John will be joined by; John Mitchell (Arena, It Bites) on Guitar, Martin Orford (IQ, Jadis) on Keyboards and Steve Alexander (Duran Duran) on Drums.

As part of this amazing evening, legendary prog rock artist Roger Dean, will be displaying previous work produced for Asia.

The Elephant Café at Trading Boundaries is fast becoming known as one of the hottest music venues in Sussex. Having undergone a fantastic refurbishment earlier this year, the Café boasts an intimate, relaxed environment, complimented by brilliant acoustics.

Doors open 7.30pm Tickets £65 including a delicious two course supper.

I see you mention that this is the first date of a tour. Are the other tour dates available?

Too far away for me, I'm afraid, but it's nice to see Orford returning, even if, as he says, it is a one off.

Let's hope not.

This always blows my mind!  John is probably the most successful prog bassist in history (unless Rutherford surpassed him in revenue!).    The guy's longevity and pedigree is astounding.
